Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Elisheva, we care deeply about your satisfaction. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth return or exchange process—provided the conditions below are met.

Conditions for Return & Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition. All packaging should be intact, including any seals, labels, or product tags. A valid proof of purchase—such as the original receipt or invoice—must be included in the return. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or are marked as final sale.

Validity Period

For orders within the UAE, returns and exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of the invoice date. For international orders, this window extends to 20 days from the invoice date. Requests beyond these timeframes will not be eligible for processing.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

All return and exchange requests must be submitted online at www.elishevaskin.com. Please include a copy of your invoice and ensure that the item is packed securely. Download, print, and complete the Exchange/Return Request Form available on our website. Ship the item back to us using a trackable courier service to avoid any delivery issues.

Processing & Store Credit

Once your returned item is received and reviewed (typically within 5 business days), we will issue you an Online Store Credit Voucher. This voucher is valid for 30 days and can only be used for purchases made on our official website. It is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or boutique purchases.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, we sincerely apologize. Elisheva will cover the return shipping costs in these cases. We will send a replacement product based on availability. If the item is no longer in stock, you will receive either store credit or an alternative product of equal value, based on your preference.
